Steps for Food Services Providers

In order for the representative to use the External Haj E-Services portal to complete the necessary procedures, the representative must be activated by the food provider.

Once the food representative has been approved and activated by the Tawaf Company, the representative must create a username and password in order to use the External Haj E-Services portal

The food representative will receive requests to lease their services from Hajj Missions and Hajj companies. The representative must review and approve these requests once they ensure that they received the amounts for the contract, and the approval of the Tawafa Company
